Caressa Gates-Cooper, PCC, although fairly new to Center For Hearing Care, she is not new to the hearing aid industry. She has previously worked as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for 2.5 years at another hearing care facility. She has also worked throughout the healthcare field for a total of seven years. She has an extensive background in customer service expanding over 15 years.
As a family member of relatives that have hearing loss and as a person working in the hearing aid industry, she has come to understand that although everyone’s experience with hearing loss is different, it takes patience and compassion to help make that experience better for everyone.
Caressa enjoys spending time with her three children, family members and is an avid member of her local church community. She looks forward to many more years of helping out the community and patients in the hearing industry.
